10 Amazing Holiday Lights to See in DFW

Taking a drive to look at the all of the beautiful, sparkly, twinkly Christmas lights has been a favorite of mine since I was a tiny child. Grab some cocoa (or coffee) and cookies, turn on the Christmas tunes, crank up the heater and cruise around the neighborhoods after dark to look at all of the magical lights and decorations.

I still love it just as much as an adult, and the displays have done nothing but get larger and larger! Here are a few of our faves that we intend to check out this year during the holiday season! Holiday Networking Mixer 2020

1K Followers = CASH GIVEAWAY!

Today is a wonderful milestone for the loop! Two months in, 18 loops in, and we've just hit 1,000 LOCAL DFW followers on Instagram! Our loops have continued to get larger and larger, and we're thrilled to have connected with so many amazing small businesses and individuals in the DFW area who want to network and grow with us!

To thank our loopers we've decided to have a CASH giveaway! That's right. We're going to give $250 to one lucky looper! The giveaway will start tonight, November 1st, at 7pm and we'll accept entries until November 7th at 7pm. The winner will be announced on November 10th.

DFW Loops "Save Groups"

Hi there loopers! The goal behind DFW Loops is to support local Instagram accounts and help each other grow on a REAL and LOCAL level. One of the new ways we're promoting growth is with our Save Groups. Because saving is such an important aspect to increasing your visibility on Instagram, we've put together groups of locals who want to help each other grow on a consistent basis.

Spotlight :: Cooper's Meat Market & Steakhouse

I feel incredibly honored to have connected with Cooper's Meat Market through our new DFW Loops! I love to support businesses who give back locally, and Cooper's does just that! A lot of items you'll find in their market are from local Texas small businesses. These generous folks have donated (10) $10 gift cards to their market for our October highest tagging winners. I'm so excited to share these with our winners!

I won't lie, I just expected a normal meat market when I showed up...a butcher behind the counter, prime cuts of meat, order a few pounds and head out....but no, they are so much more than that! I was blown away by all the things I saw while I was looking around. Spices, mixes, rubs, sauces, condiments, jarred veggies, beer, wine, cocktail mixers, desserts, gifts and gift boxes....on top of that, you can get all your Yeti gear there! They're the only authorized Yeti dealer in 75208!

In addition to the meat market, they have a steakhouse that is above and beyond. Indoor seating as well as lovely patio tables are available, and reservations are suggested because seating is limited and the food is tremendous! If you don't want to get out, you can also order family sized meals to go, perfect for the holidays (and they even have a holiday menu available that I picked up while I was there).

If you're ever near Oak Cliff, this is a place you should definitely stop by to experience. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, beyond friendly, and they make the visit even more pleasurable! When you stop by, tell them you saw them on @DFW Loops!
